What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express — as well as Klarna and Clearpay, so you can spread the cost in interest-free instalments if you'd prefer.
Are your clothes suitable for petite sizing?
The blazers are very suitable to petite frames. They fall beautifully below the tighs and keep a flattering silhouette without overwhelming the height.
Can I order if I live in an EU country or the US?
Of course, you can. We ship worldwide and our EU customers loved their orders so far. Due to Brexit regulations and US custom rules, EU and US customers may be subject to custom fees.
I am not sure what size to order. What can I do?
We want to to help you get the perfect size. If you know your measurements, you can check our sizing chart. All our products have a sizing guide under the product info. You can also email us with your measurements and we will do our best to find the best suitable size for you. If you are still not sure, you can order two different sizes and return one of them.
Will you get a restock on sold out items?
Yes, we are working on a restock as well as launching new items by September 2026. Stay tuned.

What is the return policy?
To start a return, please email us at hello@jaino.co.uk with your order number.
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
We offer free UK returns for exchanges (e.g. size changes). If you would like a refund, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
Are the sleeves long, and are the blazers lined?
YES. Full-length sleeves and a complete lining throughout, for comfort, structure, and a smooth, premium finish against whatever you're wearing underneath.
How do I care for my blazers, trousers or dresses?
We recommend dry cleaning your blazers / dresses wherever possible to keep it looking its best for years. If that isn't an option, a machine wash at a maximum of 40°C is fine. Cared for well, it's made to last. And it's designed to hold its shape — it won't crease through a full working day, so you'll look as sharp at 6pm as you did at 9am.
