Jaïno's terms of service.

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all sales made through our website (jaino.co.uk). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Small variations may occur due to photography or screen settings.

3. Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Prices & Payment
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.

5. Shipping — International Orders
We deliver to the UK and selected international destinations. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

For international orders, the customer is the Importer of Record and is solely responsible for:

  • any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country, which are not included in the order price
  • providing accurate personal or business information (including identification documents, tax identification numbers, or proof of payment) if requested by customs authorities or the courier to clear the shipment
  • responding promptly to any request from the courier or customs authority; delays caused by a failure to respond are the customer's responsibility

Jaïno declares all shipments accurately and in good faith, including product description, composition, origin, and value. However, customs authorities may still hold a shipment for verification, request additional documentation, or apply their own processing timelines. Jaïno has no control over customs procedures and cannot guarantee clearance times.

Jaïno is not liable for delays, additional costs, or non-delivery caused by customs holds, customs inspections, or actions taken by the courier or destination country's authorities. In the rare event that a shipment is returned to us due to customs refusal through no fault of Jaïno, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery or return shipping costs, unless the refusal was caused by an error on our part.

Jaïno reserves the right to suspend or restrict shipping to certain countries or regions at its discretion, without prior notice, if customs requirements make reliable delivery impractical.

6. Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

7. Liability
JAÏNO shall not be liable for indirect damages related to product use, delivery delays, or third-party actions.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
