1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all sales made through our website (jaino.co.uk). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Small variations may occur due to photography or screen settings.

3. Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Prices & Payment
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.

5. Shipping
We deliver to the UK and selected international destinations. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delays due to customs or couriers are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

7. Liability
JAÏNO shall not be liable for indirect damages related to product use, delivery delays, or third-party actions.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of England and Wales.
