2021

Started dressing up more modestly and couldn't find suitable outfits

Our journey began with a simple problem: We realised we couldn’t find modest outfits suitable for the office. Most “modest fashion” options were abayas or long dresses, beautiful, but not appropriate for a corporate environment. Nothing existed between fashion, modesty, and professionalism.

2022

Started to make our own clothes

To fix this issue, we started buying our own fabrics and sketching designs, then getting pieces tailored in Morocco. The result? Clothes that were modest, elegant, and perfectly work-friendly, and we loved them.

2023

Why not helping other women?

While wearing our own outfits, compliments and conversations at work made it obvious: many women were also looking for modest clothing suitable for their careers. That’s when the idea of building a brand started to grow. We began researching suppliers and exploring what it would take to create a real collection.

2024

Finding the right partners

We spent months testing ateliers, communicating with factories, sourcing the right fabrics, and refusing to compromise on quality or ethics. The journey was long, filled with trials, errors, and lessons, but it shaped the foundations of Jaïno.
