Shipping Policy

Processing times

Orders are processed within 2–3 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery times

  • UK standard delivery: 2–5 working days

  • International: 7–15 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier delays, public holidays, or customs checks.

For EU deliveries: You may be subject to custom fees. We do not recommend ordering to EU countries for that reason.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.

Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Jaïno. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Tags must remain attached

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging where possible

Process

  1. Contact us at hello@jaino.co.uk with your order number.

  2. We will confirm your return and provide any instructions needed.

  3. Send your item to the return address above.

  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, accessories and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after receipt of your return.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
